PTO stands for Parent Teacher Organization. The TRA PTO is a group comprised of parents, teachers, and staff dedicated to improving the educational experience of all students at TRA. Our goals are to encourage interaction between family and school, serve as a source of support, and work with teachers, staff, and the community at large to improve our children’s educational experience. The PTO works closely with the school administration to meet this goal.
Because an active PTO is vital to the present and future success of our school, parents of all students are encouraged to join the TRA PTO. Periodic meetings are scheduled on the school calendar. Organizational representatives are elected annually. The PTO sponsors several major events during the school year.
