Q: How does the t-shirt of the month club work?
A: Once you subscribe to the t-shirt of the month club, you will receive a TRA t-shirt, designed exclusively for the t-shirt of the month club, by the 10th of each month. New subscriptions must be made by to the 20th of the month to receive a t-shirt the following month.
Q: How will I receive my T-shirt?
A: T-shirts will be sent home with the student listed on the order form or can be picked up at the school by contacting Rebecca Downing at email@example.com
Q: Can I purchase the Shirt of the month designs without becoming a member?
A: The t-shirt of the month designs are only available to subscribers.
Q: What is the return/exchange Policy?
A: All sales are final with the t-shirt of the month club.
Q: What if I do not like the design?
A: We strive to make our designs unique and cutting-edge. The designs can only be bought through the subscription service. We understand on occasion that the designs might not suit your style, this is when you show your school spirit by gifting it to someone with a birthday or some other special occasion or just to promote school spirit.
Q: How do I Change my credit card information?
A: Simply log into your simplegvie account to change credit card information or cancel your subscription.
Q: How do I Change my Shirt size?
A: Please email Rebecca Downing at firstname.lastname@example.org All changes must be made by the 20th of the month prior (example: January 20th for changes to be made for shipment the first week of February.)
