Visual Arts

As ninth graders, students can begin their journey in the study of art by choosing from a list of classes that includes Drawing, Art I, Graphic Art, Digital Photography, Art II, Painting and Art Appreciation. Students progress from learning to use the basic elements and principles of art to expand and develop skills in drawing, painting, design, color theory and 3-dimensional processes to advanced techniques, experimentation, and self-expression.

All students are encouraged to participate in the annual school-wide Art Show.
