Choir

The Tipton-Rosemark Academy Department of Vocal Music provides students with the opportunity to study and perform music of every genre: sacred, gospel, contemporary-Christian worship, classical English, foreign language, folk, jazz, blues, and pop.  The music curriculum is designed to instill discipline and commitment in students, which fosters success in all areas of academic life, as well as family, church and community.

Our choirs travel locally, regionally and nationally to perform in music festivals, giving students a rare opportunity to be judged and critiqued by industry professionals. Our choirs also perform at local churches, business and community events.

Individual All-west, all-state and all-natinal Honors & Awards

• 2018-19 - 32 students were named to the All-West Honor Choir, 9 students earned All-State Ranking and 1 student made the All-National Choir. 
• 2017-18 - 30 students were named to the All-West Honor Choir, 4 students earned All-State Ranking, and 1 student made the All-National Honor Choir
• 2016-17 - 37 students were named to the All-West Honor Choir, 8 students earned All-State Ranking, and 2 students made the All-National Honor Choir
• 2015-16 - 35 students were named to the All-West Honor Choir, 5 students earned All-State Ranking, and 1 Student made the All-National Honor Choir
• 2014-15 - 34 students were named to the All-West Honor Choir, 6 students earned All-State Ranking, and 1 student made the All-State Honor Choir
• 2013-14 - 34 students were named to the All-West Honor Choir, 5 students earned All-State Ranking, and 4 students made the All-State Honor Choir 
• 2012-13 - 30 students were named to the All-West Honor Choir, 8 students earned All-State Ranking, and 4 students made the All-State Honor Choir 
• 2011-12 - 22 students were named to the All-West Honor Choir, 4 students earned All-State Ranking, and 2 students made the All-State Honor Choir
