The help desk is located in the middle grades wing next to the office. Teachers may come here to check out digital and video cameras, as well as projectors and speakers. Having trouble with your MacBook? Come down to see if we can help or give you a hot swap while we fix yours. Before coming, check a few things first. Is your MacBook charged? Have you tried restarting your computer? Have you tried force quitting a program if it is stalled?
Office hours are 7:30 am to 3:15 pm.
Mr. Tim Cousar serves as our IT Coordinator and will gladly help with troubleshooting and repairs of MacBooks. MacPac members can also be found in here during their free period. Available to assist with checkouts, troubleshooting and quick fixes, these students have proven computer knowledge and willingness to help.
