Accelerated Reading (AR) is a reading program that promotes and challenges students to excel in reading. Students take practice quizzes that provide feedback on comprehension and vocabulary levels. AR allows children to choose books of interest appropriate to their performance level and to monitor their own progress. TRA students in grades 1 - 5 actively participate in Accelerated Reader. Click on Accelerated Reader Enterprise to access the AR testing website. Testing can be done at school only during regular school hours with teacher supervision.
